Custom Orders and Services

  • Custom glass orders and installations are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once production or installation has begun.

  • We recommend verifying all measurements and details before confirming your order.


Service Satisfaction

  • If you experience any issues with our workmanship or materials, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

  • Refunds or repairs will be provided at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.


Cancellations

  • Cancellations made prior to production of custom glass may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.


Insurance Claims

  • If your service is covered by insurance, any deductible or fees not covered by the insurer are your responsibility and not subject to refund.


Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
